The Essence is one of my favorite budget-friendly makeup brands, I'm obsessed with their selection of inexpensive cosmetics, so when I run out of my Palma Christie Ultra BB Cream, I've decided to try out Essence Camouflage 2 in 1 Make-up & Concealer — a very special product that combines foundation and concealer in one cute tube. Essence claims to offer a long-lasting, high coverage effect, hide all skin imperfections, and provide a flawless finish without a cakey, mask-like look on the skin. So let's take a closer look at this magic potion!

Essence Camouflage Concealer has a very smooth texture, quick-drying formula, and matte finish. It is water-based, so I can definitely recommend this product to everyone who has acne-prone and oily skin types. Because of its quick-drying, and opaque formula Essence 2 in 1 Make-up & Concealer tends to emphasize fine lines and dry skin patches, but you can easily solve this issue with the help of nice moisturizing cream and/or makeup primer.

The coverage is terrific, it covers up all the freckles, redness, and blemishes with one fine layer and a little of this foundation by Essence goes a long way! The formula is buildable, so if you need extra coverage here and there you can always reapply a tiny drop of this product and conceal the problem. Camouflage 2 in 1 Make-up & Concealer is available in three shades - '10 ivory beige', '20 nude beige', and '30 honey beige'. Even though I have pretty light skin, I decided to give a try to a shade called '20 nude beige' — a yellow-based light to medium shade.

Overall, I loved wearing Essence Camouflage Make-up & Concealer, this is a great budget product for people with oily and acne-prone skin. It is truly a long-lasting and highly pigmented foundation, which does a great job of hiding skin imperfections and dark circles. Even though it does not fill in my large pores, I will definitely continue to use it, but with a nice primer underneath this foundation.

Lots of love,
