I love using dry highlighter, especially now, when the weather is so hot and I don`t want anything oily on my skin. So when I received Pupa Luminys Baked Eyeshadow as a present from my lovely friend, I was super happy and excited to try it out, especially because I`m a big fan of this brand. I had a few baked eye shadow in my collection before, but Pupa overwhelmed my expectations!

Let me say just few words about the packaging in the begging of my review, the product comes in a clear plastic container with a curved little eye shadow applicator inside. Luminys Baked Eyeshadow looks like a surface of an unknown planet made of champagne marble, I can`t stop admiring the design!

I`m a lucky owner of the very first shade # 1 in the collection. The texture of the Pupa Luminys Baked Eyeshadow is kind dry and chalky, the shimmer is big enough and it has a beautiful champagne shade and frosty finish on the skin. This eye shadow was developed with a special `oven baking technology`, that allows to use this product in two different ways for two different makeup results - dry use, for a delicate and soft glow and wet use for an intense pearly finish.

Overall, I wanted to say that it is a perfect highlighting eye shadow and I can`t stop using it lately, thanks to it special formula it will last literally forever and I would definitely recommend it for a professional use as well. Please, don`t forget to visit Pupa Milano website to see the whole range of baked eye shadows they have.

What is your favorite highlighter at the moment?
Lots of love,
Liz

Pupa Silk Touch Compact Powder in Gold | Review & Swatches

Hey, beauties. Just few days ago I was in my closest drugstore and trapped on something super cute and adorable. I couldn't pass through this Pupa powder, it was in amazing golden packaging, and that`s why we love our products, isn't it? I already owned Baked powder by Pupa, and I love it so I decided to try regular one, especially that it was not expensive, about 12 $.

So, this compact powder comes in a very gorgeous golden matte case. It is kind flat and very comfortable in usage. The cover is very firm, so will not open accidentally. Sponge, as always, very very bad, but who use it nowadays. Silk Touch powder, is really silky on touch, as Pupa promised, it layers on the skin very smooth and formula is very light. The only thing that didn't match with me is the color. I have a very light skin tone and this Pupa powder failed with it, even though I owned the lightest shade # 01 - light beige. So it is kind dark for me, but I still love it. Hope to get some tan to use it more often.

Girls, who have beautiful caramel skin, I very recommend for all of yo to try it out, just be sure about the tone, that you will choose. If someone already tried this Silk Touch powder, please, let me know your opinion about it, and especially about the color matching. Thanks, for the visit, have a wonderful day!

Lots of love,
Liz

Pupa Luminys Baked Face Powder | Review & Swatches

I`ve read lots of bad review and commentaries about this face powder, and I think it really doesn't deserve this. But, sure, I will tell you just my personal opinion.

Package of this powder has a futuristic style and reminds an UFO plate - has a beautiful streamlined shape. Box from this powder also looks very attractive, it`s shiny and has a beautiful red color. Inside powder looks like a planet from space.

I have an extremely light skin tone and many products such as foundations and powders doesn't match it. Pupa Luminys Baked Powder fits my skin perfectly. I`m using shade number 01 - ivory beige. Structure of the powder is very soft and light, you will not feel it on your skin. Powder will stay on your skin long and will make the skin matte for the whole day. It almost  doesn't have a smell.

But everything has it`s  weak point. Sponge of Pupa powder is very bad. I wouldn't recommend to use it at all. It is better to use powder brush to apply it. This powder was my first product by Pupa, and now I want to try something more.
