MAC `Beauty Marked` Eyeshadow | Review & Swatches

Good day everyone! As a loyal fan of a dramatic smoky eye and it`s variations I know the importance of a good eyeshadow. You can create the most beautiful smoky eye makeup using only one shade, if your eyeshadow is well - pigmented and perfectly blends on the skin. MAC single eyeshadow in shade Beauty Marked is a perfect companion of any dramatic look, so let`s find out how good is this product in action!

`Beauty Marked` by MAC is matte black eyeshadow with a fine red glitter. It is not very pigmented, so I prefer to use it over a good eyeshadow primer or black eye kohl. The texture is a little bit chunky and dry, but the finish is bold and sophisticated. On the official MAC Cosmetics website `Beauty Marked` single eyeshadow is described as a black - red color with pear sparkles and velvet finish. However, the color looks a little bit different than in the pan, it is less sparkly and the color is more on a purple side than red.

Overall, I really loved `Beauty Marked` - the formulation of this eyeshadow is great, it is easy to blend and it is very long lasting. To tell the truth, I expected a bigger punch of a color, but with a decent eyeshadow primer the color pay off is quite good and I haven`t experienced any fall out. Each single eyeshadow by MAC carries 1.3 g / 0.04 oz of a product and retails at $16, you can check out the full information other MAC products on the official website. Thank you so much for reading my review, I`ll talk to you very soon!

Lots of love,
Liz

I love using dry highlighter, especially now, when the weather is so hot and I don`t want anything oily on my skin. So when I received Pupa Luminys Baked Eyeshadow as a present from my lovely friend, I was super happy and excited to try it out, especially because I`m a big fan of this brand. I had a few baked eye shadow in my collection before, but Pupa overwhelmed my expectations!

Let me say just few words about the packaging in the begging of my review, the product comes in a clear plastic container with a curved little eye shadow applicator inside. Luminys Baked Eyeshadow looks like a surface of an unknown planet made of champagne marble, I can`t stop admiring the design!

I`m a lucky owner of the very first shade # 1 in the collection. The texture of the Pupa Luminys Baked Eyeshadow is kind dry and chalky, the shimmer is big enough and it has a beautiful champagne shade and frosty finish on the skin. This eye shadow was developed with a special `oven baking technology`, that allows to use this product in two different ways for two different makeup results - dry use, for a delicate and soft glow and wet use for an intense pearly finish.

Overall, I wanted to say that it is a perfect highlighting eye shadow and I can`t stop using it lately, thanks to it special formula it will last literally forever and I would definitely recommend it for a professional use as well. Please, don`t forget to visit Pupa Milano website to see the whole range of baked eye shadows they have.

What is your favorite highlighter at the moment?
Lots of love,

Hi ladies! I'm so excited to perform you this little baby - single eyeshadow by MAC. I received it a very long time ago, but I had so many drafts and ideas for my blog that I even couldn't find a place for this precious. So when I was thinking what color I should order I just decided to choose something to compliment the color of my eyes. Mac describes ´Sable´ as a gold plum shade with bronze pearls inside. The name of the finish is velvet.

Texture of Mac eyeshadow is super smooth, feels like a real velvet. It blends perfectly and stays for the whole day on the eyelid without fading or falling out.  Pigmentation is perfect as well, even without a primer underneath. I like that ´Sable´ is a very flexible shade - it fits with most bronze, golden, olive, champagne and plum shade. What an awesome companion!

I liked it so much that I cannot wait until the next mac shopping. Ladies do you have some advice for me? What shade I should buy next? Please tell me in comments I know that you know that you have lots of suggestions I'm new to this brand (I know...) so I need some help :) Thanks for reading me, see ya soon. Kisses!

Lots of love,
Liz
