Hello lovelies, how are you feeling today? I hope you all remember my City Color Makeup Haul blog post, because today I've prepared a detailed review on City Color Classic Face Primerwith swatches and my personal experience. And, of course, I dedicate this post to everyone, who struggle with large pores, blackheads, fine lines and acne scars.

City Color Classic Face Primer comes in a hot pink squeezable tube and for the price, you are going to receive 0.9 oz / 27 ml of product. A little of this wonderful primer goes a long way, so the tube will last you a long time. I really like, that Classic Primer is paraben-free, so you can use it as often as you like, without any risks for your gentle skin.

Comparing enlarged face pores with orange skin is rather romantic, but I think that my pores are more similar to craters on moon's surface, therefore, I like to use primer in my day-to-day makeup routine. One of the most important criteria for makeup primer is a breathable formula, that won't feel oily and heavy on the skin.

Classic Face Primer is water-based and that is why it feels so lightweight on the skin. The smooth texture reminds me of soft, creamy butter, that fills-in every single pore on the face. The nude-tone primer easily blends into the skin, slightly moisturizing and preparing it's surface for foundation. Once you apply Classic Primer on, the skin feels very smooth and you can definitely tell a huge difference in the appearance of pores and fine lines.

Overall, I really like Classic Primer by City Color Cosmetics. It isn't heavy or slippery, like other makeup primers and has a matte, but natural finish on the skin. I love how my skin looks and feels with this primer, and how long my foundation lasts on the skin. I have to admit, that you can even wear this primer on it's own, without foundation, especially if you are having a good skin day!

And what is your favorite makeup primer at the moment?

Lots of love,
Liz

While shopping for the perfect bikini can be stressful because finding the combination of “fits me well, won’t cost an arm and a leg, and wouldn’t give my father a heart-attack” is tough to find, beauty products are different. There’s nothing more relaxing than grabbing a cute new shade of lipstick or a delectably nourishing body lotion, and when we think of retail therapy, skincare and makeup is what stands out as truly relaxing.

Chic, pretty, and glamorously messy – the modern fashion gals like Gigi Hadid and Kendal Jenner definitely know how to rock a casual look. We all admire the ease with which they can pull off the most basic of looks, but it’s comforting to know that you don’t always need to be in a perfectly polished outfit to look good. The trick is to toe that line between laidback and shabby and to add just a touch of natural sexiness and charm into the mix. Sounds complicated? Not at all.
