Let's begin with the Balancing Shampoo – the first step in everyone's hair-washing routine. Its gentle, fine formula deeply cleanses the scalp and hair without stripping them of natural oils.
Texture and Scent:
Vegamour's Gro+ Advanced Balancing Shampoo looks like the earliest yellow honey. I was pleasantly surprised by the shampoo's thin consistency. It's not overly runny or thick, making it ideal for daily use. The foam is also light and airy, without heavy bubbles, which makes rinsing it out a breeze. The scent, however, is not my cup of tea. It was too rich and overwhelming for my taste.

Texture and Scent:
The texture of the Gro+ Advanced conditioner is nice and smooth. It is creamy, but not too thick, just how I like my conditioner to be. It saturates the strands, hugging them with a nourishing veil of lightweight, caring ingredients that don't make them too greasy or heavy. And that's exactly what we want with fine and thin hair: no extra weight that makes the damaged hair strands look oily.
The conditioner's scent resembles the shampoo's aroma. It is sweet, overpowering, and too strong for my liking. Once the hair is dry, the aroma becomes lighter and fades.

The list of active ingredients is very similar to shampoo's formula: you'll find here the same GROActive+ Complex topped with Spanish Microalgae. But, there is something more – Marula Oil! It is a luxurious haircare ingredient extracted from the marula fruit that grows in the woodlands of Southern Africa. Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, this wonderful oil helps to strengthen hair follicles, reduce frizz, and promote healthy hair growth.
How I Use Vegamour's Gro+ Advanced Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner Kit
You might think that I follow a very simple formula when it comes to shampoo and conditioner, but I don't simply lather, rinse, and repeat the steps! With Vegamour's Gro+ Advance, I go for a slightly different routine.
First of all, I squeeze a small amount of shampoo (the size of a coin) onto my hand, dilute the consistency with water, and lather it. Then, I wet my hair and massage the shampoo into my scalp with a silicone hair massager tool. When my scalp feels soapy and clean, I rinse the shampoo out, washing the tips of my hair with the foam that goes through the hair. If necessary, I repeat the same step, but without the massaging tool this time.
Next, I apply the conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, gently separating the strands with my hands or a wide-tooth comb. I clip the hair up, waiting for 5 minutes before rinsing. Waiting is the hardest part of the routine, but the smooth, frizz-free results are always worth it!
