Did you know that BB cream was originally formulated in the 1960s in Germany by a doctor-dermatologist to protect patients' skin after facial procedures? I'm totally sure that if I ever got lost and appeared alone on a desert island my survival kit would certainly contain a tube of my favorite BB cream, it is basically everything I need to feel good anywhere. I recently found myself running low on my favorite Pleotopic BB Cream by 3 Concept Eyesso I've decided to substitute it with a couple of Korean BB creams by Beauty Angel.

I decided to purchase two shades at times - #01 extra light color for very pale girls and #03 - beige, unfortunately, it is the darkest shade in the collection. The lightest shade has a neutral undertone and looks very light, almost white on the skin. The darkest shade looks pretty light to me, I would describe it as a natural beige with a warm undertone.

The texture of The Magic BB Cream is smooth and silky, it doesn't have a strong annoying scent, smells like a regular facial moisturizer to me. The formula of Beauty Angel BB Cream is pretty basic, doesn't include any fancy ingredients or UV filter, that's why it is a perfect product to mix up with the concealer or foundation to make them appear lighter or to make the consistency more liquid.

The Magic BB Cream by Beauty Angel is a very light coverage product, but it applies smoothly and blends out evenly on the skin. It is suitable for dry and normal skin types, but I would not recommend it for oily or acne-prone skin. This BB cream is loaded with moisturizing abilities, it provides the most even and dewy finish to the skin and makes it baby soft.

Overall, I liked this product a lot, but I would like to mention that Beauty Angel BB Magic Cream is a product for those girls, who do not demand or need the perfect coverage. But if you are like me a fan of natural-looking skin with a luminous finish you should definitely try this BB cream. The summer is over, but we still have many hot days ahead, so it is better to be prepared and let your skin breathe. Do you like to use BB Creams? Which one is your favorite?

Lots of love,
Liz
