Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Daily All-In-One B.B Light Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Hell light with Matte Effect

Some time ago I've purchased two BB creams by famous drugstore brand Garnier and I want to do a review for both of them, sharing my thoughts on these makeup products with all of you, lovelies. Hope you'll find it useful and interesting. Let's start:

  • #1. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Daily All-In-One B.B Light, SPF 15.
  • #2. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Hell (light) with Matte Effect, SPF 20.

Packaging

  • Daily all-in-one, 50 ml. It looks like usual hand cream, the cover is tight, you don`t need to twist it off, it saves some time! When you squeeze it out, the excess of product is coming off, not very comfortable, but the cover stays clean.

  • All-in-one with Matt-Effect 40 ml. The bottle is longer & thinner. It`s very comfortable to apply it, because the package is really nice. Maybe my bottle was with some defects, but when you squeeze it out cover gets dirty, with an excess of product.

Product

  • The first cream smells good but has a strong fragrance of alcohol. It is very oily, sticky, feels like a mask on the face (gets inside pores and wrinkles), especially after you set it with powder. You can forget to apply it with a foundation brush. The lightest tone didn't match me, was darker than my skin.

  • The second one is more light and watery. Has a strong smell of alcohol, but the flavor on the skin is nice. Covers imperfections very nicely. Looks great with powder. This light tone fits my skin almost perfectly.

Conclusion

Lightweight BB cream is a good alternative to an expensive full-coverage makeup foundation. It does a few tasks per one step: protects skin from the sun, covers imperfections, and moisturizes your skin. Both creams cost approximately the same price $10, but Matte Effect fits my skin better. The first one is like a winter variant or variant for dry and very dry skin. The second one is summer cream or variant for people with normal or oily skin. Both have alcohol inside, so it could irritate sensitive facial skin.

Lots of love,
Liz
