creative collage with Best Drugstore Mascaras for Short, Thin And Straight Lashes

Ever stared at your mascara wand in utter disbelief, lamenting over lashes that resemble wispy whispers instead of flirty fringe? Yeah, me too. My lashes – straight as ruler lines, thin as single hairs, and about as voluminous as a deflated balloon – have always been a stubborn challenge when it comes to mascara. Forget the instant drama, even the "volumizing for all!" promises often fall flat on my poor little lash stubs. But hold on, fellow lash-challenged lovelies!

My quest for fluttery glory hasn't been in vain. Through mascara mishaps and triumphant discoveries, I've unearthed a few hidden gems that actually work on my lashes, or at least manage to convince me they do!

  • Maybelline Volum` Express Turbo Boost Mascara

The most interesting thing about this mascara is that mascara is waterproof and washable at the same time. So it doesn't get messy and doesn't melt during the day. Mascara was ophthalmologically tested, so it is suitable for sensitive eyes and you can even wear contact lenses.

The patented "turbo brush" is something to behold. Its spiky, hourglass shape feels like it could grab onto even the tiniest lash hair. I really love it! it is very comfortable to use, has a middle size, and gives a beautiful curve.

Maybelline Turbo Boost is well-pigmented and doesn't have a strong smell (which is always a plus). It stays on lashes all day long and doesn't fall off. For this price is a perfect choice. I strongly recommend you to try it!

  • Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara

The curved, spiky brush is designed to grab and coat every lash. My initial thought? Interesting! It also makes my thin lashes look longer, but it will not make them look more full or curly. The Liquid Lash™ formula feels creamy and lightweight, promising clump-free volume.

Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara wasn't a miracle worker, but it definitely delivered for my short and straight lashes. It provided good volume, separation, and length without clumping. The spiky brush might take some getting used to, but once you master it, you'll be rewarded with fluttery, defined lashes. I believe this mascara is perfect as a lash primer for dramatic goth makeup

And, lastly, a few words about Colossal by Maybelline. I think this mascara is my favorite out of all on the list. The only strange thing about this mascara is the weird smell. It's really strange, but, sure, it doesn't affect the final results.

The formula is enriched with collagen, which is said to help plump and thicken lashes. It delivers an intense, matte black finish that's perfect for creating a classic smokey eye look. My personal favorite thing about Colossal mascara is a fluffy brush. I bet on good lashes this mascara will look absolutely wonderful and will give an awesome volume.
