What You Will Need:
- Eyeshadow primer
- Your favorite brow products (pencil/powder and gel)
- White shimmer or finely milled glitter eyeshadow
- Matte brown eyeliner pencil & matte brown eyeshadow
- Bright yellow "Citrine" eyeshadow (matte and shimmer)
- High-coverage concealer & a flat synthetic brush
- Black kohl eyeliner & liquid/gel eyeliner
- Mascara & false lashes
- Step 1: Prep and Prime Your Canvas
